about Ninja

If you've seen the popular TV show, American Ninja Warrior, you have a good sense of what ninja-style obstacle training is all about. Ninja is a fun, fast-paced, and competitive sport that combines strength, agility, balance, coordination, grip strength, and mental focus. The sport has continued to gain tremendous momentum in the U.S. In fact, the 2028 Summer Olympics will feature a Ninja-style obstacle event as part of the modern pentathlon!

​​Ninja Warrior training unlocks so much more than strength and endurance. It ignites the type of self-confidence, grit, and personal growth that changes lives.

Ninjas of all ages and skill levels can learn and enjoy:

  • Obstacle-based workouts with the Warped wall, Salmon ladder, Monkey bars, Rope swings, Balance beams, Quintuple steps, cliffhangers, and much more

  • Grip and climbing techniques using rock climbing holds, bars, holds, and more

  • Flying from one obstacle to another--known in the ninja world as lache-ing (pronounced "lah-shaying")

  • Speed and agility drills since many ninja competitions are time-based with ninjas moving quickly to hit the buzzer​​​​​
